DOZ's Guiding Principles
Daughters of Zion (DOZ) is a Christian clean and sober living house providing spiritual and bibilical remedies for women that have abused substances and are hurting, wounded and broken desiring FREEDOM from their addiction and in need of spiritual wholeness.
The work at DOZ is marked by five Biblical Principles;
1. Proclaim the Gospel - Exalt Christ by sharing his Word.
2. Serve with Excellence - Exceed the worlds standard, while serving the purpose of Gods Kingdom,
3. Respond with Compassion - Expedite the response to our women, as the Lord has revealed opporunities to Minister.
4. Demonstrate Biblical Integrity - Exhibit Christ like character and integrity at work, at home and in the community
5. Walk in bold Faith - Expect God to do the Impossible.
Guiding Principles:
1. Development of spiritual principles in the individual women.
2. Develop the women's life and career skills, promoting self sufficiency, along with the ability to maintain a positive lifestyle
3. Commitment to a strong work ethic.
4. Development of Integrity and Personal Character
5. Identification and prevention of criminal and substance abuse recidivism.
6. Dedication to providing service in the community,
7. Development of positive personal support systems that ensure long-term success
8. Foster personal enpowerment and independence.

Sober = From all mood altering substances
Sober = In mind having clarity
Sober = Developing and cultivating a Kingdom perspective
Sober = Making healthy choices
